Fly.io change history: IPv6 Networking Issues in DFW

Fly.io reported a major IPv6 connectivity incident affecting a subset of hosts in DFW, starting 2026-09-23 06:18 UTC and resolved at 2026-09-23 12:15 UTC, lasting 5 h 57 min. Machines on affected hosts could experience inbound/outbound IPv6 issues; IPv4 was unaffected. Fly.io identified regional maintenance by an upstream internet transit provider.
