Elastic Cloud change history: Elevated Error Rates and Latency — EU West Region

Elastic Cloud reported a major connectivity degradation affecting some customers’ APM, Elasticsearch and Kibana in AWS Paris (eu-west-3), causing latency and request failures. The incident started at 2026-04-27 11:49 UTC and was resolved at 2026-04-27 12:40 UTC (51 min). Elastic attributed recovery to remediation of an underlying cloud infrastructure provider issue; other regions were unaffected.
