Some users could not log into or load Close’s Application UI in a major incident from 2022-11-08 13:09 UTC to 2022-11-08 16:51 UTC, lasting 3 h 42 min. Close’s postmortem attributed the loading failures to a bad cached application version; a fix was implemented and the incident resolved.
