    From 13:47 UTC to 14:38 UTC, some users encountered 5xx error in their builds during Artifact upload or while attempting to download Artifacts. Also during this time some users encountered issues while attempting to access our API. A fix was deployed at 14:38 UTC on December 31, 2019 and all systems are fully operational.
