On 2023-05-03 from 16:00 - 16:16 Pacific Time, a subset of Census users saw their Reverse ETL syncs fail with a "401 Unauthorized" error. This was due to an internal misconfiguration in the way Census own services authenticate, not due to an issue with customers' credentials or API keys. The issue was detected by our monitoring systems and the erroneous configuration was reverted.
