    Between 15:00 UTC and 23:30 UTC job dispatch latency was elevated. We identified a recently deployed change that caused queries intended to be served from our replica database to be run against our primary database causing higher latency for job dispatch queries. The change has been reverted and as of 23:30 UTC queue latency has returned to normal levels.
