AddedUpdateupdate#9
Before: not present
After: On October 20, 2025, at 06:50 UTC, multiple Salesforce clouds, including MuleSoft, experienced a widespread service disruption caused by a Domain Name System (DNS) issue at a third-party cloud infrastructure vendor. MuleSoft customers in the US-East-1 region experienced degraded performance in runtime and control plane services. The vendor implemented a fix forward, and we closely monitored recovery, scaling resources where needed to stabilize performance. MuleSoft services on the Anypoint MQ—US, Object Storev2 - US, and DesignCenter - US instances were fully restored at 10:00 UTC, and Anypoint Management Center - US and Anypoint Partner Manager V2 - US instances were restored at 12:33 UTC. The restored instance will be removed from this post. We apologize for how you and your business may have been affected by this incident.
AddedUpdateupdate#10

After: Earlier today, an infrastructure provider incident impacted parts of the Anypoint Platform and CloudHub services, causing timeouts and latency issues for some customers. We are pleased to inform you that all MuleSoft services have now been fully restored and are operating normally. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a Support case or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
