After: On October 20, 2025, at 06:50 UTC, multiple Salesforce clouds, including Marketing Cloud Intelligence, experienced a widespread service disruption caused by a Domain Name System (DNS) issue at a third-party cloud infrastructure vendor. Customers experienced delays and failures in connecting to their PODs and the Elastic Container Registry (ECR). Marketing Cloud Intelligence services were fully restored, and the issue was resolved at 09:48 UTC. The vendor implemented a fix forward, and we closely monitored recovery, scaling resources where needed to stabilize performance.
