Timeline of updates

  1. update

We’re aware of an issue impacting search functionality on some instances due to Solr service issue. Customers may notice delays in seeing updated results. Search is still available, but responses may be slower than usual. The issue has been traced to a faulty POD causing routing failures. We're actively working to restore indexing stability. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if new information becomes available.

  2. update

We’ve identified that a faulty pod was removed; however, it's still appearing as active in the system. Recovery attempts have failed because this stuck component is incorrectly reporting as healthy, preventing new components from taking over traffic. We've engaged our vendor Cloud provider to forcefully terminate the pod to clear the stuck state and restore normal operations. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if new information becomes available.

  3. update

We’ve removed the faulty pod via the vendor portal, which terminated the stale connections. At 10:48 UTC, the system began establishing new connections, and healthy components took over traffic, restoring search indexing functionality. The team has monitored service health and confirms that Search is now operating at normal levels. We apologize for the impact. We'll conduct a thorough investigation to identify the trigger, determine the root cause, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
