Timeline of updates

  1. update

As of 21:24 UTC, on 2 April 2026, we began investigating a performance degradation impacting multiple services across several environments. A subset of customers may encounter failures when logging into onboarded applications, along with disruptions to data processing where connector jobs may fail to start or complete, resulting in delays to data extraction workflows. Some services relying on certificate generation or validation may also experience failures. Additionally, customers may see intermittent access issues due to potential disruptions in traffic routing or connectivity. Configuration or policy updates may not take effect as expected, and analytics workflows, including CRMA recipes, may fail to run. A fix has been implemented, and we're seeing successful results across several lines of business. We're continuing to apply this approach across the remaining multiple instances. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

  2. update

We've performed a rollback of a recent change. Initial results are positive, and affected customers are seeing improvements. We'll continue to monitor the environment to ensure stability and prevent recurrence. We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

  3. update

Following a period of performance monitoring and comprehensive health checks, all services have been fully restored as of 23:47 UTC on April 2, 2026. The issue is now resolved, and customers should no longer experience issues in accessing their respective applications. We'll perform a full investigation of the incident, confirming the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and preventive action to avoid a recurrence. We sincerely apologize for how this incident may have impacted you and your business.
