   We identified that some customers on Experience Cloud-GIA experienced a service disruption on February 13, 2026 from 01:50 - 03:00 UTC. During the impact period, Experience Cloud site orgs were unavailable for customers using custom domains with the 'Salesforce Cloud' option. Customers attempting to access their sites may have received network errors. The issue was resolved following the completion of a release. We will continue to monitor the environment to ensure stability and prevent a recurrence. We will also thoroughly investigate the incident, confirming the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and any preventive action to avoid a repeat in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you and your business.
