Timeline of updates

   We noted a feature degradation starting at 01:00, which prevents some CRM Analytics recipes from refreshing dashboards with current data. We identified an issue in a recent release and are currently rolling back this change in a testing environment. Once this is complete, we will initiate internal validations. We’ll provide another update once the rollback and testing validations are complete, or sooner if additional information becomes available.

   The rollback in the internal testing environment has completed successfully, and validations have confirmed that this change mitigates the dashboard refresh issue with CRM Analytics. We have now started rolling back the change across all impacted instances. We’ll provide another update once the rollbacks are complete, or sooner if additional information becomes available.

   We have identified additional instances where customers may have experienced recipe failures with Salesforce Analytics. This post has been updated to include those instances.

   As of 19:26 UTC, all CRM Analytics services have been restored. Dashboards that were previously not refreshing with current data will now update on the next scheduled run, or they may be rerun to update sooner. We will continue to monitor the environment to ensure stability and prevent a recurrence. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you and your business.

   It has been determined that the impact began earlier than previously communicated, and the start time has been updated to reflect this.
