We're aware of an issue impacting Anypoint Exchange API publishing functionality in our Canada and Japan data centers. Developers are unable to publish API specifications to Exchange via Anypoint Code Builder. We are actively working to deploy code fixes to restore full Exchange functionality. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
- update
Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
- update
We have implemented a fix by updating the required configuration to point to the correct upstream service. The Anypoint Exchange service is now fully operational, and users can resume deploying APIs to Exchange. We apologize for how this incident affected you and your business. We will conduct a thorough investigation of the incident, identifying the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and implementing preventive measures to prevent a recurrence in the future.
