A database issue caused the problem and we investigated the root cause. We continued to see some lingering page load failures with 502 status and worked to resolve them. Database issues recurred and our Origin and API went down again. Cached CDN content continued to be served, but non-cached content showed errors or timeouts. We resolved the database issues and all services were back to normal.
