    Between 14:20 - 17:09 UTC, we were experiencing timeouts for metadata operations like CREATE_TOPICS for Basic/Standard clusters in AWS/us-east-1. We have fixed the issue, and are now monitoring to be sure it does not recur. As of 17:09 UTC, customers should see normal operations with Confluent systems.
