The incident is resolved. Since 11:30 AM PT May 4th 2023, the Amplitude website began encountering intermittent errors when customers tried to create new or save charts/cohorts. The issue was identified and resolved at 3:45 PM PT. Existing charts were not impacted by this incident. There was no data loss and no actions are required from our customers. The root cause for this incident was a bug introduced to the key creation process in the chart and cohort creation code path which caused key collision.
