Customers may experience reduced response times or intermittent service interruptions when accessing their Salesforce core applications and services. We are working to increase system capacity and optimize message processing to restore normal performance.

After: As of 17:42 UTC, Salesforce core app services have been restored, and customers are no longer impacted. We identified that a message request was contributing to high traffic and overwhelming system capacity, causing intermittent service disruptions. We implemented an immediate fix by suspending the message request that was contributing to the capacity constraints.
