- **resolved** 2023-07-12 14:38 UTC: The service issue is now resolved. Non-Video API requests to the Dublin (EU 3) data center may have received a 403 response. All non-Video API endpoints, and Dashboard were impacted from 12-Jul-2023 12:49 UTC until 13:05 UTC. Video API, SMPP and SIP trunking have not been impacted. All services have been restored. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this. A post-mortem will be published in the next few days.
