## Timeline of updates

- **update** 2026-09-10 04:00 UTC: We're performing scheduled maintenance on core database infrastructure. When: Tuesday, September 8st, 2026 — 9PM to 10PM PDT What to expect: Calls, API reads, and the dashboard continue to work normally throughout. During the window there are three brief periods, a couple of minutes each, where write operations may fail and need to be retried. This affects changes to assistants, phone numbers, and credentials. Action needed: None. Clients with standard retry behavior will not notice. If a write fails, retry it. We'll update this page as the maintenance progresses and post a final note when it's complete.
- **update** 2026-09-10 05:30 UTC: Maintenance ended
