## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2022-01-29 04:25 UTC: We are no longer experiencing the issue of intermittent API errors across all APIs causing delayed updates, inconsistent data as well as with Debugger issues such as alert triggers, customer webhooks not firing and debug events not being available in the console or via public API and Flex agents not being able to accept inbound messaging/call tasks or to make outbound calls. If Flex customers are seeing stuck tasks, please open a support ticket with us. This incident has been resolved.
