- **resolved** 2022-12-15 21:25 UTC: Interconnect was degraded for 168 hours and 8 minutes between 14:52 on 12/06/2022 and 15:00 on 12/13/2022 Pacific Time. During this period, customers may not able to load the Interconnect app within the Twilio console, as such customers were not able to reference their connections and provision VPNs. The issue has now been resolved.
