- **resolved** 2016-12-14 01:42 UTC: Beginning at 1:57 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 13, 2016 customers using the Smartsheet application would have experienced application errors when attempting to load or save sheets. Our infrastructure team discovered a condition causing the application to be unable to connect to the primary data store, and by 2:20 AM PST connectivity was restored. Intermittant performance issues were identified and the infrastructure team began a rolling restart of the application. By 7:37 AM PST application performance had returned to a normal state. We have continued to monitor systems since this time and they have operated as expected.
