## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2016-04-20 00:07 UTC: This morning at 10:34 Pacific time, customers attempting to load resource views from Smartsheet experienced an application error due to a connection timeout. Our engineering teams restored the service to normal operational status by 11:53 AM Pacific time. This issue was identical to an incident experienced last week and lead our engineers to discover a change that we believe to be the root cause of both issues which was introduced in our latest release. This change has been reverted and systems have operated normally since the rollback occurred.
