- **resolved** 2021-08-12 10:56 UTC: We confirm that the issue on SAN 15 is now fixed. We found the root cause that caused the server to get misconfigured after a reboot (both SANs unexpectedly rebooted over a course of two weeks), which led the master and slave being unable to communicate properly, causing disruption of service. We hot-patched the configuration utility to avoid this issue from happening again and are working on improving the reliability of this tool.
