## Timeline of updates

- **investigating** 2026-10-29 18:17 UTC: Some customers may be seeing problems with call recording in Copilot. Meetings may not be recorded because the recording bot is failing to join. We are assessing the extent of the impact and will share more detail in our next update.
- **resolved** 2026-10-29 19:22 UTC: We have confirmed the issue has been resolved for the impacted users. A summary of the incident will be posted within the next three US business days.
