## Timeline of updates

- **update** 2026-10-13 08:12 UTC: Upon further investigation, we've determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We've revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
- **update** 2026-10-13 08:40 UTC: We completed the rollback of a recent deployment across all impacted instances. We restored access to shared data through external data warehouse integrations, and requests from connectors are succeeding. Customers can now resume using these integrations. Our investigation confirmed the impact was broader than first reported. We've updated this Trust post to include all additional impacted instances. Customers on these instances will receive communications about this incident. We apologize for the impact this incident had on our customers and their businesses. We'll complete a full investigation to establish the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and preventive actions to help stop this from happening again.
