## Timeline of updates

- **update** 2026-07-16 01:37 UTC: We're aware of an issue that affected a subset of customers where search index builds triggered between 21:45 UTC on July 14 and 00:32 UTC on July 16 are stuck in the ‘submitted’ status. We've implemented a fix to ensure that builds triggered outside of this time will be processed correctly. The code fix was successfully deployed and customers are no longer impacted as of 00:32 UTC on July 16. We apologize for how this incident may have affected you and your business.
