- **update** 2026-06-13 12:35 UTC: At 12:29 UTC on June 13, 2026, we resolved the feature degradation that had been impacting Object Store v2 across multiple regions. Beginning at 06:14 UTC on June 12, 2026, customers using special characters in their Object Store v2 keys were unable to store new data or retrieve previously stored data. Customers received errors when attempting either operation. We identified the technical trigger and deployed a fix across all six affected regions.
