## Timeline of updates

- **update** 2026-04-10 04:13 UTC: We are currently investigating an issue affecting some Marketing Cloud customers across multiple stacks, resulting in intermittent login failures and disruptions to certain features. Customers may experience login issues, failed email or journey sends, and errors with SQL database operations. We will provide an update within the next 30 minutes or sooner as more significant information becomes available.
- **update** 2026-04-10 05:29 UTC: Our investigation confirmed the ongoing issue affects additional database infrastructure, and we have updated this post to reflect the expanded scope. We're executing a coordinated database system restart strategy across the remaining impacted infrastructure to restore authentication services and resolve ongoing connectivity issues. Recovery is steadily progressing, and we remain focused on restoring full platform availability and service reliability. We will provide an update within the next 30 minutes or sooner as more significant information becomes available.
- **update** 2026-04-10 05:35 UTC: We continue to perform coordinated parallel reboots and service restarts across impacted databases to restore services. We will provide an update within the next 60 minutes or sooner as more significant information becomes available.
- **update** 2026-04-10 06:19 UTC: We successfully restarted services on a subset of the impacted database, restoring functionality for those users. We're updating the database specific Trust posts to reflect the exact resolution times for those databases. We continue to execute coordinated restarts across the remaining infrastructure to fully resolve the issue. We'll provide an update within the next 60 minutes or sooner as more significant information becomes available.
- **update** 2026-04-10 08:49 UTC: Authentication and Login services are fully restored. Targeted restarts across the impacted infrastructure have been completed, and all databases are operating normally. Further investigation confirmed that Stack 5 wasn't impacted and was included in our trust communication. We’ve now removed it to reflect accurate information. Customers can now successfully log in and resume normal operations, including sending emails and messages, executing journeys, and performing data extracts without impact. No customer action is required. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
