During this time, scheduled refreshes may not have completed successfully. Upon investigation, we identified a recent release as the trigger. We rolled back the release and restored services. Subsequent validation confirmed that scheduled extract refreshes are now completing successfully. This incident was resolved at 23:05 UTC on April 2, 2026. We sincerely apologize for the impact this incident may have had on you and your business.
