## Timeline of updates

- **update** 2025-11-05 04:44 UTC: We are currently investigating an issue impacting the bulk API integrations. Initial analysis suggests that a recent configuration change may have impacted the services. We are actively working to revert the changes identified as the underlying cause. We will provide the next update within 30 minutes, or sooner if additional information becomes available.
- **update** 2025-11-05 05:18 UTC: Further investigation identified an issue with a set of background processes. We have identified a safer mitigation approach and are proceeding to temporarily pause these background processes in the impacted sandbox environments. These processes are repeatedly calling a configuration that is no longer valid. By pausing them, we will stop these repeated requests and reduce the pressure on the underlying systems. This process is currently ongoing as we continue to work toward full restoration. We will share an update within 60 minutes or sooner, as additional information becomes available.
- **update** 2025-11-05 05:44 UTC: As mitigation progresses, we have a clearer view of the impact. While we initially communicated that this impacted Bulk API integrations, further investigation reveals that a subset of customers may also experience errors during deployments, attachment creation, or when running asynchronous processes. We are actively working to restore the functionality and will continue to share updates as we progress.
- **update** 2025-11-05 06:13 UTC: As of 05:45 UTC on November 05, 2025, we have confirmed that all systems are operating normally. We paused the background processes that were causing repeated requests, and the action has successfully mitigated the issue. We validated the service behaviour and confirmed that the customers are no longer impacted as the issue has been resolved. We apologise for how this incident may have affected you and your business.
