- **update** 2025-08-24 22:51 UTC: Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this. At 09:18 UTC on August 24, 2025, the Salesforce Technology team began receiving alerts indicating that the CRM Analytics service is intermittently unavailable for customers. The team has identified the root cause and is performing the necessary steps to remediate. Some CRM Analytics customers might be unable to use the analytics functionality due to failing recipes. Remediation efforts are currently in progress, and an update will be provided upon completion.
