## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2023-03-15 23:30 UTC: We have identified that some user services with persistent disk in a subset of Oregon regions were not being snapshotted for a period of time. We have identified the root cause, and a fix has been deployed. We have manually generated shapshots for affected user disks. We will be following up with an RCA regarding this outage. Please reach out to support in the meantime if you have any questions.
