If this is happening, you might see “Unknown Error Occurred” or “There was a problem sending the security code to your phone number.”  The issue is with our SMS delivery provider. Sending email through Postmark isn’t affected. We’re investigating and will update this page as soon as we know more. What you can do now: - If your account uses an authenticator app or a recovery code for two-factor authentication, use that to log in. - If you’re locked out and need access right away, contact support: https://postmarkapp.com/support
- **resolved** 2026-10-27 19:02 UTC: Resolved We've identified and resolved the issue affecting SMS two-factor authentication codes. Codes should now arrive as expected when you log in to your Postmark account. Sending email through Postmark wasn't affected.
