## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2020-12-16 04:30 UTC: Dear Valued Customer, We had experienced intermittent issues with a small fraction of outbound call connecting towards the PSTN network and simultaneous Dial towards multiple endpoints. This happened due to rolling out a few changes for improving the call setup for outbound calls towards the PSTN network. Our engineering team has resolved the issue and all services are working normally as expected.
