## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2023-01-24 18:58 UTC: From approximately 17:00 UTC to 18:37 UTC on January 24th, some customers in the EU region may have experienced delayed data ingest and delayed and/or missing alert notifications. To prevent our customers from receiving a high volume of falsely triggered positive alert notifications during this interruption, alerts were temporarily suppressed for applicable customers from 17:49 UTC to 18:37 UTC. We have investigated and resolved this service interruption and impacted services have returned to normal operation.
