- **resolved** 2021-01-26 14:43 UTC: This issue is now resolved. At approximately 2021/01/26 - 06:00 UTC a number of customers began experiencing issues accessing Realm from non US regions. Customers affected would have experience redirects to their Atlas clusters page. The UI in this timeline may have shown the message "Unable to load application data". At approximately 2021/01/26 - 13:00 UTC we identified a networking issue with our Realm infrastructure. At approximately 2021/01/26 - 13:15 UTC a fix was implemented and resolved the root cause.
