- **resolved** 2018-06-05 16:55 UTC: The issue has been resolved and we're currently compiling a more detailed overview of what occurred which will be updated on this incident. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. --- Update 07/06/18 10:00am CET An unexpected configuration error, following the deployment of an update on one of our SMPP platforms, led to message queues building and delaying part of the SMS traffic intermittently. This was resolved by an adjustment in the configuration and a reboot of the SMPP platform. Additional configuration review process and monitoring post-deployment has been added to prevent this from reoccurring.
