- **resolved** 2016-10-10 10:37 UTC: Between 08:02 am EST on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 and 05:05 am EST on Monday, October, 10, 2016 both the First Name and Last Name fields on the form were not captured with the submission on all lead flows for Leadin users. We identified and addressed the cause of this issue as a problem with a recent update made to further integrate Leadin with the HubSpot platform. The immediate issue has now been resolved, however, any lead flow submissions between the above times will not have saved First Name and Last Name fields if included on the form.
