- **resolved** 2018-07-27 08:39 UTC: From the 10th to 25th of July form submission and lead revisit notification emails that were triggered to non HubSpot users did not send. This was due to a bug in our notification email triggering logic which has now been fixed. We have also added extra monitoring in place to help mitigate this issue in the future.
