- **resolved** 2021-05-26 12:20 UTC: On 26th May 2021, at 8 am UTC our engineers identified an issue with the Recording Player page not loading and the Autoplay feature not working. The Next/Previous buttons wouldn't work as well. What happened? For the duration of the incident (from 8 AM UTC to 9:45 AM UTC) the Autoplayer function wouldn't work while viewing Recordings, as well as the Next and Previous buttons. Recordings could also appear as a blank page. Why did this issue occur? A recent change released by our Engineers to the Hotjar application caused the Recordings not to work as expected. What will we do to prevent this from happening in the future? We will hold an internal postmortem to outline further actions to be taken to prevent this from happening again in the future.
