This incident is believed to have impacted all Hotjar Sites. The issue began at 4:12pm UTC and was resolved at 4:29pm UTC timezone. During this time, new data was not being collected in Recordings or Heatmaps, and our Surveys and Feedback tools may not have been functioning on customer websites. Users may have also experienced pageload issues or slowness while on insights.hotjar.com.
