- **resolved** 2022-06-23 16:15 UTC: A runaway process in our Sessions Cluster caused Silo 1 to be overwhelmed. Since all login requests are routed through Silo 1, this also caused customers on other Silos to be unable to log in. We are investigating how this happened in order to prevent these kind of incidents going forward.
