## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2023-07-19 05:00 UTC: A small number (\<100) of Zoom meeting recordings were missing audio due. This was caused by a required update in the recording bot service's Zoom SDK which triggered a new failure state. The audio was recovered on these recordings and we have re-processed the transcript and intelligence outputs.
