- **resolved** 2024-02-23 01:30 UTC: Between 1:30-2:00 UTC on February 23, we became aware of an issue where Grafana instances experienced difficulties installing plugins from the grafana.com API. The issue presented as "greyed-out plugins" in the data source list and as a "plugin not found" error in dashboards. Some customers self-resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the affected plugin(s). Others were resolved by direct intervention from Grafana Labs' Customer Support team. Engineering has since resolved the immediate problem and is actively working to prevent such disruptions in the future.
