## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2025-06-06 00:30 UTC: Unfortunately because of an internal change we introduced a bug where we started importing new customers from Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger with a placeholder name instead of their real name. The bug was identified and fixed, and we backfilled all the customers with their real names instead of the placeholder.
