## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2025-09-26 16:45 UTC: We've received reports that our upstream provider, Google Meet, is currently experiencing an issue preventing third-party bots from joining meetings, which may impact our functionality to obtain transcripts of incidents until resolved. We will resolve this incident once we have received confirmation the issue has been resolved from our upstream provider.
- **resolved** 2025-09-26 17:02 UTC: We continue to monitor for any updates to Google Meet. All other FireHydrant functionalities remain operational at this time, including all other integrations (i.e., Zoom).
