- **resolved** 2017-03-01 00:24 UTC: All service has been restored to HelloFax, HelloSign, and their respective APIs. To summarize, at about 9:40 AM PST today, we were alerted of degraded performance as a result of a region-wide outage experienced by our service provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like many companies, we rely on AWS for much of our infrastructure. AWS was able to restore service around 2:00 PM and we followed suit, bringing our systems online, monitoring performance, and confirming everything was functioning properly. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this outage. Our team is continually evolving our back-up and disaster recovery procedures, and we will be conducting a post mortem shortly to find ways to mitigate risks associated with large scale outages from our service providers. Thank you for your patience and support.
