## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2016-09-24 10:26 UTC: Service should be 100% restored at this point. As always, apologies for any interruptions this caused. We're still getting to the bottom of this. This incident was caused by another attempted update to our server code. We're going to hold off on performing this kind of update until we're 100% sure that we've got this fixed. Edit: ~5:30 am PDT, there was a lingering issue causing DMs to notify the client for approximately 1/3rd of users. It also should be fixed now.
