## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2021-03-24 01:25 UTC: The incident has been resolved. Following the loss of availability of the us-east region, our systems automatically started failing over to neighboring regions (us-central, us-south). Now that us-east is back online, voice servers that have been allocated in neighboring regions are automatically migrating back to us-east.
